EXCHANGES:
If for some reason your product arrives to you damaged, we want to make it right. After
receiving your order, simply mail your damaged product with the original invoice, noting the reason
for the exchange, and we’ll gladly send you a new product. (Please note: If only a portion of the
product is damaged, only return the damaged component(s).)

REFUNDS:
We are extremely proud of the product we offer, but if for some reason after inspecting the product
you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price. Items not
in their original condition, not in their original packaging, damaged, or missing parts cannot be
accepted. Opened videos are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling fees are not eligible
for a refund.
To receive a refund, simply mail your product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please
include the original invoice, noting the reason for the return.

If a credit card was used for the purchase, the credit card will be credited in one to two billing
cycles. If a check or money order was used for the purchase, Daddy’s Tool Bag will cut a check
payable to the original purchaser within 60 days of receiving the request for a refund. If you don't
receive your refund within these time frames, please contact us.
